Teacher Training
Learn the science and craft of teaching yoga while embarking on a personal journey that invites you to observe your life, question familiar patterns, and discover more of who you truly are.

One education · Two dimensions
The Fluid Yoga™ training develops the knowledge and practical skills required to guide a class, but it does not stop at the edge of the mat. Science and teaching methodology form one dimension of the course; philosophy becomes a lived journey of self-study, reflection, and discovery.
Course format
Lectures are taught on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, creating the time and space to explore each subject beyond the surface.

Science & Teaching Methodology
From anatomy and movement to sequencing, cueing, breathwork, and ethics, the first manual builds a connected teaching methodology rather than a collection of isolated techniques.
Fluid Yoga™ Philosophy
The Eight Limbs are approached not as steps to complete one after another, but as interconnected parts of a whole life. The Yamas and Niyamas guide how we meet the world and ourself; Asana and Pranayama help us care for the body; Pratyahara turns awareness inward; and Dharana and Dhyana lead us toward the inner freedom represented by Samadhi.
Philosophy is not something students simply learn. It is something they observe unfolding within their own lives.
Students study two Yamas or Niyamas each week, discovering their meaning as ethical guides for a joyful, conscious life.
Seven questions accompany each subject. Students spread the questions across the week and record their thoughts, feelings, habits, and discoveries in a private diary.
Each philosophy lecture begins with an optional Sharing Circle. Students share only what they choose, while learning from one another’s observations and lived experience.

The aim of the training
The curriculum connects movement, anatomy, philosophy, observation, sequencing, communication, and professional responsibility. Students learn to guide others with knowledge and clarity while deepening their understanding of their own choices, relationships, habits, and inner life.
