Manual 2: Fluid Yoga™ Philosophy: A Journey of Self-Discovery

Those two manuals will give you all the knowlege you need to become an outstanding Fluid Yoga™ Instructor.

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training offers 2 different formats to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.

SAFE® Academy is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and the Fluid Yoga™ Teacher Training  allows you to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200.

Fluid Yoga™ Course Formats

In order to accommodate different people with different schedules and availability, we have created 2 distinct formats for the Fluid Yoga™ 200-Hour Teacher Training:

Residential and Non-Residential.

Residential Format:

  • 22 consecutive days in a beautiful resort, surrounded by nature with a lovely swimming pool and a luscious garden

  • Connecting to the 5 Elements and practicing in the great outdours

  • Vegetarian Diet and Herbal Detox

  • Experiencing the Yogic life in a style very similar to living in a Yoga Ashram

Residential Format:

  • 22 consecutive days in a beautiful resort, surrounded by nature with a lovely swimming pool and a luscious garden

  • Connecting to the 5 Elements and practicing in the great outdours

  • Vegetarian Diet and Herbal Detox

  • Experiencing the Yogic life in a style very similar to living in a Yoga Ashram

Non-Residential Format:

  • 8 weekends at SAFE Academy Headquarters in Maadi as follows:​

    • Fridays & Saturdays from 8 AM to 6 PM

  • Course ends with a one-week break and then the general review and the exam.
