Residential and Non-Residential.
Residential Format:

22 consecutive days in a beautiful resort, surrounded by nature with a lovely swimming pool and a luscious garden

Connecting to the 5 Elements and practicing in the great outdours

Vegetarian Diet and Herbal Detox

Experiencing the Yogic life in a style very similar to living in a Yoga Ashram
Residential Format:
