Your SAFE® Certification is recognized in most health and fitness centers as a sign of true excellence. New researches and information in the fields of health and fitness keep providing us with new information every day. Therefore, we need to keep our knowledge updated and our data current.
In order to keep your SAFE® Certification valid, you need to show proof that you are always updating your knowledge and staying current with new findings.
SAFE® Certified professionals need to earn a total of 20 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) within the two year validity period of their certification(s) through the following:

Show proof of a valid CPR/First-Aid Certification (2 CEU’s)

Attend SAFE-approved courses and/or workshops* for the remaining 18 CEU’s.

Apply for certification renewal at expiry date with valid proof of the above CEU’s.

Manual Adjustments for

Anatomy for Yoga

It is very important for Yoga instructors to have a good understanding of Anatomy, and how the different parts of our body come together to make Yoga Asanas happen.
This workshop will help you learn key concepts of anatomy and kinesiology and how they apply to Yoga Asanas.
You will discover the bones, muscles and joints of the body, learn about the 5 movements of the spine and how they relate to Yoga Asanas.
